Aydan is the Founder of London Startup Club, a GTM Leader & early employee/advisor at multiple startups (notably ex-Hopin & Hired).

Aydan has spent 12+ years as an operator and leader in fast-paced startups - scaling these VC backed startups from Seed & Series A investments into global organisations and well known tech brands.

Aydan is an advisor to a number of Founders/CEOs at early stage startups and an angel investor & Venture Partner at Interlock Capital.

In 2023, Aydan has embarked on content creation to advocate pay transparency, skills building and career advice on social channels like TikTok & YouTube. In 3 months Aydan gained over 75,000 followers and 40M views on his content.
